WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The Lycoming College men's soccer team fell to Goucher College, 1-0, in Landmark Conference action at UPMC Field on Tuesday night, Oct. 14.

Sophomore Jace Bennett (Falling Waters, W.Va./Spring Mills) stopped two shots in the game, as both teams fired 14 shots in the contest, with first-year Leandro Cruz (Nottingham, Md./Loyola Blakefield) taking four to lead the Warriors (3-6-4 overall, 0-3-2 Landmark).

Jonathan Adima scored the game's lone goal in the 57th minute off a corner kick from Bryan Machado.

Ale Sternini stopped five shots in the shutout for the Gophers (5-5-3 overall, 2-3 Landmark).

The Warriors are back on the field on Saturday, Oct. 18, when they head to Elizabethtown College for a 3:30 p.m. Landmark Conference game.
