WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Sophomore
Aubrey Williamson (Lititz, Pa./Warwick) notched her second game of the year with a goal and three assists to lead the Lycoming College women's soccer team, which posted a 7-1 win over Mount Aloysius College on Wednesday night, Sept. 6, at UPMC Field.

Mikayla Long (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg Area) and sophomore
Rhandie Jessell (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township) each scored twice for the Warriors (2-1 overall) and first-year
Kaitlyn Born (Hamilton, N.J./South Brunswick) and sophomore
Sydney Sellers (Huntingdon, Pa./Huntingdon Area) each also found the back of the net. First-year
Julia Bidelspach (Myerstown, Pa./ELCO) and sophomore
Lily Finkbeiner (Warrenton, Va./Fauquier) each had an assist.

The Warriors got on the board in the eighth minute when Born found the left corner on a breakaway before Long scored on a cross moments later. Jessell scored her first goal on a cross from Williamson in the 32
nd minute to give Lycoming a 3-0 lead at the break.

Natalie Despot scored in the 47
th minute for the Mounties, but Jessell, Sellers, Williamson and Long countered with scores in the period for the Warriors to complete the six-goal win.

Abbey Gerasimoff (Bloomsburg, Pa./Bloomsburg Area) earned the win with a scoreless first half before first-years
Sarah Spring (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport Area) and
Mia Pollack (Mountain Top, Pa./Crestwood) each had a save in the second half. Mount Aloysius keeper Courtney Vought notched 10 saves.

The Warriors are back on the field on Saturday, Sept. 9, when they head to Keuka College for a 1 p.m. non-conference match.
