Brynne Bisel (Julian, Pa./Bald Eagle Area) led the Lycoming College volleyball team with 12 kills, but Chatham University used a solid-hitting effort to post a 3-0 (25-22, 25-14, 25-16) win on Saturday, Sept. 2, at Lamade Gym.

Bisel posted 12 kills and six digs and junior
Jessica Ahart (Boyertown, Pa./Boyertown Area) added six kills to pace the offense for the Warriors (2-1 overall). Sophomore
Cameron Upcraft (Spring Mills, Pa./Penns Valley) added five kills and three blocks. First-year
Lindsay Heimlich (Bergen, N.Y./Mercy) posted 16 assists and first-year
Haley Balgavy (Warrenton, Va./Kettle Run) added nine. The defense was paced by 15 digs from junior
Ali Koval (Mansfield, Pa./North Penn-Mansfield) and 11 from junior
Kendall Myers (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Trinity), who moved within six digs of 700 in her career.

Jessica Taney and Jena Williams each had nine kills for the Cougars (3-0 overall), who hit .262 in the match (40-12-107). Ava Plunkard posted 22 assists, Meghan Dominek notched nine digs and both Taney and Alyssa Leskovac each notched four blocks.

The Warriors get back on the court on Monday, Sept. 4, when they host Penn College at 5 p.m. in Lamade Gym.
