Warriors fall to Catholic

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa.- The Lycoming College women's soccer team fell to the Catholic University of America, 3-0, in Landmark Conference action at Carlini Field on Saturday, Oct. 14.

Sophomore Riley Block (Hopatcong N.J./ Morris Catholic) made two saves in net for the Warriors (5-3-5 overall, 1-2-3 Landmark).

Junior Kylie Brodkorb (Mechanicsburg, Pa./ Cumberland Valley) took two shots in the second half for the Warriors, who had five shots in the game. The Warriors received 13 free kicks in the second period and took four shots.

Catholic (7-4-3 overall, 3-1-2 Landmark) forward Jordan Siok scored all three goals in the first half. Ava Rieger had two saves in the shutout.

The Warriors are back in action on Tuesday, Oct. 17, when they head to Wilkes University for a 7 p.m. Landmark Conference game.
