LEBANON, Pa. – Sophomore
Katryn Yocum (Carlisle, Pa./Boiling Springs) led the Lycoming College cross country, finishing 35
th in a field of 190 runners, at the Lebanon Valley Dutchmen Cross Country Invite at Union Canal Tunnel Park on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 10.

Yocum broke her own personal-best on the 5K course, posting the fourth-fastest 5K time in program history in 20:32.50, helping the women's team finish 12
th in the field of 32 teams, posting a team score of 342 points.

Junior
Ali Clemens (Souderton, Pa./Souderton Area) also finished in the top 100 of the 190-runner field, finishing 80
th in 22:05.70 and senior
Claire Shaffer (Sayre, Pa./Sayre Area) took 99
th in 22:44.40. Junior
Madisyn Neal (Roaring Branch, Pa./Canton) notched a 24:57.60 to take 131
st and sophomore
Madeline O'Connor (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) notched a time of 25:44.40 to take 141
st and round out the team's scoring five. Sophomore
Isabella Fave (Middleburg, Pa./Midd-West) (26:08.90) and senior
Ha-anh Lamont (Hanoi, Vietnam/Olympia Schools) (31:22.50) also factored into the scoring.

On the men's side, first-year
Kenneth Draper (Hughesville, Pa./Hughesville) led the team, finishing 106
th in the field of 216 runners, posting a 29:55.60 in his first career 8K race. Sophomore
Nate Noel (Sparta, N.J./Sussex Tech) finished second on the team in 40:44.40 and first-year
Blake Huffman (Georgetown, Del./Sussex Central) posted a 43:12.20 and sophomore
Brandon Chiguichon (Chicago, Ill./ITW David Speer) posted a 44:08.70.

The Warriors get back at it on Saturday, Sept. 24, when they head to the Lock Haven Invitational, with the men racing at 10 a.m. and the women following at 11 a.m.
