Rei Saar (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville Area) picked up right where she left off in the fall with her 12
th singles win of the season, as she teamed with sophomore
Hannah Seebold (New Columbia, Pa./Milton Area) to post three of the Lycoming College women's tennis team's six points in a 6-3 win over Alfred University on Friday afternoon, March 25, at Brandon Park.

At No.4 singles, first-year
Rei Saar (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville Area) went three sets against Alex Rossen, winning 6-3, 3-6, 10-5, to post her 10
th straight singles win and move into a tie for sixth in the school's single-season record book with 12 wins in a season.

Seebold defeated Macy Youngberg, 6-2, 6-0, at No. 1 singles for her fourth win of the year.

In doubles, Seeebold and Saar defeated Lauren Boshart and Youngberg 8-7 (6) at No.1. At No.2, sophomores
Emily Wolfgang (Allenwood, Pa./Montgomery Area) and
Haley Seebold (New Columbia, Pa./Milton Area) toppled Alexis Giordano and Rossen, 8-5, overcoming a 3-0 deficit to win eight of the last 10 games.

The Warriors also earned default wins at No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles to advance to 4-4. Alfred falls to 4-10.

The Warriors return to the court on Saturday, March 26, when they travel to Clarks Summit University for a 1 p.m. start in Clarks Summit, Pa.
