Brynne Bisel (Julian, Pa./Bald Eagle Area) led the Lycoming College volleyball team with five kills and seven digs, but DeSales University used a .261 hitting percentage to post a 3-0 (25-17, 25-13, 25-18) MAC Freedom win at Billera Hall on Tuesday night, Oct. 25.

Elizabeth Kelson (Denville, N.J./Morris Catholic) posted four kills to reach 499 in her career and sophomores
Arianna Santos (Oxford, Pa./Oxford Area) and
Jessica Ahart (Boyertown, Pa./Boyertown Area) each had four kills as well. First-year
Cameron Upcraft (Spring Mills, Pa./Penns Valley) notched three blocks, sophomore
Catherine Milkovich (Bethesda, Md./Walter Johnson) added 10 assists and sophomore
Kendall Myers (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Trinity) led the team with eight digs.

The Warriors (11-12 overall, 2-6 MAC Freedom) fell behind 13-5 in the first set, but cut the lead in half to close within four at 21-17, but fell 25-17. After DeSales hit .308 in the second set, it jumped out to a 8-0 lead in the third set and led 20-12, but the Warriors used a 6-2 run to close within four again before DeSales closed out the win.

Diane Pugay led the Bulldogs (16-11 overall, 6-1 MAC Freedom) with 10 kills and Abby Weise added eight. Grace Grandinetti posted 17 assists and five aces, McKenzie Brady posted 21 digs and Shannon McDevitt posted six kills and four blocks.

The Warriors wrap up the 2022 season with a 7 p.m. non-conference match at Penn State Altoona on Friday, Oct. 28.
