DALLAS, Pa. – In a battle of Region IV's top teams, the Lycoming College men's soccer team, ranked sixth in the latest United Soccer Coaches' regional poll, fell 3-1 in MAC Freedom play to Misericordia University, ranked fourth in the region, on Tuesday, Oct. 11, at Mangelsdorf Field.

Jahci Knick (Chesapeake Beach, Md./Northern) scored unassisted in the 12
th minute, his second tally of the season for the Warriors (7-2-4 overall, 3-1 MAC Freedom). The goal was a quick response after the Cougars scored twice in the first 10 minutes.

The Cougars (8-1-4 overall, 3-0 MAC Freedom) capped the game with a goal in the 85
th minute to secure the win, moving them into a tie with the Warriors for second in the conference, one point behind Stevens (10-0-2 overall, 3-0-1 MAC Freedom) halfway through the league schedule.

Nick Wilke (Mercerville, N.J./Notre Dame) finished the game with two saves for the Warriors and Andrew Daubenspeck finished with seven saves for the Cougars.
