SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – A pair of singles wins at the top of the lineup highlighted the day for an undermanned Lycoming College women's tennis team, which fell to Alfred University, 7-2, in non-conference action at the Central PA Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon, March 7.

Hannah Summerson (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport) moved with a win of the school's career singles wins record, as she posted an 8-0 win over Alfred's Kailey Reyes at No. 1. Summerson has 48 singles wins in her career, one shy of
Cricket Temple's school record mark of 49 set from 1999-02.

Wiliana Lundy (Hyde Park, N.Y./Franklin D. Roosevelt) also added an 8-0 win over Cassondra Mark at No. 2 singles.
