WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Freshman Aubrey Chambers (Castle Rock, Colo./Douglas County) earned her second straight victory at No. 2 singles to lead the Lycoming College women's tennis team, which fell, 8-1, in a non-conference match with Susquehanna University on Wednesday afternoon at Brandon Park.
 
Aubrey won both sets late against Haley White, 7-5, 7-5, getting a late service break to secure the win in the second flight.
 
Senior Hannah Summerson (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport) played a tight match in the first flight, falling to Ashlynn Searer, 6-3, 6-4.
 
The Warriors fall to 1-2 and the River Hawks improve to 1-0.
 
The Warriors are back on the court on Saturday, Sept. 21 when they head to Fredericksburg, Va., to compete in the ITA Atlantic South Regionals.
