Hannah Summerson (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport) moved into a tie for sixth in program history with 66 career victories to lead the Lycoming College women's tennis team, but Lancaster Bible came from behind for a 5-4 non-conference win at Bruce Henry Park on Wednesday, March 27.

Summerson teamed with classmate
Julia Nagle (Altoona, Pa./Altoona) to post an 8-7 (5) win over Michaela Dearborn and Greta Strunk at No. 1 doubles and added a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 1 over Strunk to move into a tie for sixth in program history for combined wins (35 singles, 31 doubles) with
Heidi von Schwedler '03.

Nagle added a 6-0, 6-0 win over Dearborn at No. 2 singles, as she moved into a tie for 13
th with 46 career combined wins.

The Warriors also received an 8-6 victory at No. 3 doubles, as freshman
Wiliana Lundy (Hyde Park, N.Y./Franklin D. Roosevelt) and sophomore
Abby Flemming (Ocean View, N.J./Ocean City) teamed up for the first time in their career to defeat Sarah Wetzel and Kenedi Berkhimer.

The Warriors fall to 2-6 and the Chargers improve to 2-2.

The Warriors get back on the court on Saturday, March 30, when they host Albright College in the MAC Commonwealth opener at 1 p.m. at Bruce Henry Park.
