GLENSIDE, Pa. –The Lycoming College men's soccer team dropped a hard-fought MAC Commonwealth contest to Arcadia University, 1-0, on Saturday night, Oct. 12, at Jean Lenox Field.

The Knights (6-7-1 overall, 1-1-1 MAC Commonwealth) scored the game-winner in the 20
th minute when Duncun O'Conner connected on a header off an assist from Ayo Adenegan.

Lycoming outshot Arcadia, 10-8 and finished with six corners to the Knights' two.

Josh Cruz (Laurel, Md./Eleanor Roosevelt) led the Warriors (7-5-1 overall, 1-1 MAC Commonwealth) with three shots, while junior
Jared Moses (Baltimore, Md./McDonough School) and freshman
Drew Johnson (Landisville, Pa./Hempfield) each took two.

Kevin Kelly (Great Barrington, Mass./Berkshire School) finished with three saves and Jake Varrato also made three for the Knights.

The Warriors are back in action on Wednesday, Oct. 16, at 4 p.m. when they host 17
th-ranked Messiah College in a MAC Commonwealth game. Before the game, UPMC Field will officially be dedicated in a brief ceremony, with representatives from Lycoming College and UPMC Susquehanna on hand.
