GLENSIDE, Pa. – Senior
Jordan Lazarich (Deer Park, N.Y./Deer Park) and junior
Kelly McGinniss (Randolph, N.J./Randolph) became the second and third players in school history to reach 200 career goals in the season finale on Saturday, April 28, but the Lycoming College women's lacrosse team fell to Arcadia, 20-12, in MAC Commonwealth action at Jean Lenox West Field.

McGinniss was the first to reach the milestone in the game, doing so with 24:41 left in the first half before Lazarich joined her in the club just five minutes later, as Lycoming (6-10 overall, 3-5 MAC Commonwealth) battled with Arcadia (10-7 overall, 5-3 MAC Commonwealth) to a tie at 5 in the game's first 14 minutes.

Arcadia used an 11-1 run after that, though, to help take control of the game, although McGinniss added three goals and an assist in the second half, as Lycoming cut an 11-goal Arcadia lead with 12:30 left to eight at the end of the game.

The win helped Arcadia clinch the No. 4 slot in the MAC Commonwealth Championship, as it will host Stevenson on Monday, April 30. The Warriors fell just short of the bid to the tournament, finishing in sixth in the conference.

McGinniss finished with five goals, an assist, 10 draw controls and a caused turnover to cap one of the best seasons in program history. She notched a school-record 160 draw controls (10.0 per game), to go with 70 goals (fourth in school history) and 81 points (fifth), while also grabbing 47 ground balls and causing 16 turnovers. In just three seasons, McGinniss has notched 204 career goals (second in school history) while adding a school-record 384 draw controls. She also has 231 points (fifth in school history), 102 ground balls and 47 caused turnovers.

Lazarich notched three goals, an assist and eight draw controls in her final game in the Blue and Gold, wrapping up one of the best careers in program history. She finished her career second in program history with 273 career points, third with 201 goals and 72 assists and second with 290 draw controls. As a senior, she posted a career-high 62 goals and 14 caused turnovers.

Kayla DiJoseph (Turnersville, N.J./Washington Township) posted two goals and senior
Caroline Mitchell (Berwyn, Pa./Conestoga) had a goal and an assist.

Arcadia's Shannon Ryan posted four goals and added four draw controls and Allegra Benites posted five goals and two assists. Nicole Hutson also added three goals and two assists. Marie Brockman posted six ground balls and four caused turnovers.

Sophomore
Bailey Parchesky (Painted Post, N.Y./Corning-Painted Post) stopped two shots in goal while Molly Naylor had nine saves off 27 Lycoming shots.
