WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Junior
Hannah Summerson (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport) notched a two-set win, finishing under the lights at Bruce Henry Park, to lead the Lycoming College women's tennis team in an 8-1 defeat to Mount Aloysius in non-conference action on Friday evening, Oct. 12.

Summerson notched a 6-2, 7-5 win over Chloe Love at No. 1 singles for her 64
th career combined win, moving past Joy Graeff (1994-97) and into seventh on the school's all-time wins list.

Summerson teamed with senior
Brittany Lenze (St. Mary's, Pa./Elk County Catholic) for a close match at No. 1 doubles, falling to Love and Payton Whysong, 9-7.

Lycoming fell to 2-5 overall and Mount Aloysius improved to 10-2.

The Warriors get back on the court on Saturday, Oct. 20, when they kick off the MAC Individual Championships at 9 a.m. at Kirby Park in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
