Sainclair Tueno (Silver Spring, Md./Montgomery Blair) has become Lycoming College's first United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Player of the Week, the organization announced on Tuesday, Oct. 3.

Tueno's three goals, including two game-winners, led the Warriors to a 2-0 week with wins over Misericordia and Widener in the conference opener. The Warriors started the week with a 3-0 win over the Cougars as Tueno scored the games' first and last goals. Defensively, the 6-3 center back played all but nine minutes at center back in the Warriors two wins as he helped hold Misericordia to just five shots and Widener to just seven.

Tueno, who leads the 16
th-ranked Warriors with five goals this season, has won two MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week awards this season and he has won four conference player of the week awards in his career.

th-ranked Warriors return to action on Tuesday, Oct. 3, when they head to Lebanon Valley, ranked sixth in the Mid-Atlantic Region, for a 4 p.m. MAC Commonwealth game.
