LEBANON, Pa. – Junior
Sarah Donovan (Bergen, N.Y./Byron-Bergen) and senior
Lindsay Decker (Shapleigh, Maine/Massabesic) each finished in the top 20 of the women's 6K race and three men's runners posted times below 30:00 on the 8K course to highlight the Lycoming College cross country teams performance at the LVC Last Chance Run Fast at Union Canal Tunnel Park.

The women's team placed fourth in a field of seven teams, as they were paced by an 18
th-place finish from Donovan (26:01.7) and a 19
th-place finish from Decker (26:13.1). The men's team took fifth in a field of five teams, but had several season-best performances, including a career-best time of 29:09.8 from sophomore
James Hamm (Turbotville, Pa./Warrior Run), which helped him take 22
nd. Junior
Jacob Miller (Cooperstown, N.Y./Cooperstown Central) took 25
th in 29:18.7 and sophomore
Sean Hastings (Levittown, Pa./Neshaminy) took 29
th in 29:48.7.

Rachel Fritz (Honesdale, Pa./Honesdale) finished third for the Warrior women, posting a career-best time of 26:35.0 to take 27
th in the field of 67 runners and junior
Victoria Wilson (Ringwood, N.J./Lakeland) took 41
st in 27:41.1. Rounding out the scoring five was senior
Rachel Salmon (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain), who notched a time of 27:56.3 to take 44
th. Freshman
Haby Goloko (Baltimore, Md./Digital Harbor) came in 47
th in a career-best 28:11.8 and senior
Anna Summers (Shamokin, Pa./Shamokin Area) finished seventh for the team in 29:10.6 to take 56
th.

Jordyn Reilly (Cressona, Pa./Blue Mountain) notched a career-best 30:38.2 and junior
Courtney Forry (Abbottstown, Pa./Cocalico) added a career-best time of 36:03.0.

On the men's side, freshman
Nick Pisani (New Egypt, N.J./New Egypt) took 38
th in 31:25.3 and senior
Jacob McClain (Cogan Station, Pa./Jersey Shore Area) rounded out the scoring five in 41
st in the field of 49 runners, posting a career-best time of 32:31.8. Freshman
James Vilardo (Hopatcong, N.J./Hopatcong) added a time of 32:57.4 and junior
Dan Yoder (Montoursville, Pa./Homeschooled) took seventh on the team in 33:06.0.

James Krizan (Montoursville, Pa./Homeschooled) posted a career-best time of 33:19.1 along with sophomore
Trenton Jones (Houston, Texas/KIPP Sunnyside), who notched a career-best time of 37:06.7.

The Warriors will back in action on Saturday, Oct. 31, when they head to the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships at Letterkenny Fields in Dallas, Pa. The women's race will begin at 11 a.m. before the men race at 12 p.m.
