CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Seven Lycoming College women's cross country runners posted personal course-record times at the DeSales University Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 10, to go along with two men's runners that notched course records.

The women's team had several strong performances while finishing 13
th in a field of 17 teams, including one career-best 6K time of 30:42.75 from junior
Jordyn Reilly (Cressona, Pa./Blue Mountain). The squad was led by a 51
st-place finish in a field of 175 runners by junior
Sarah Donovan (Bergen, N.Y./Byron-Bergen).

Donovan broke her course record, posting a time of 26:50.64 and sophomore
Rachel Fritz (Honesdale, Pa./Honesdale) added a time of 27:04.92 to take 58
th, breaking her previous best on the DeSales course by more than three minutes. Senior
Lindsay Decker (Shapleigh, Maine/Massabesic) took 66
th with a course-record time of 27:23.87, sophomore
Lindsay Smith (Easton, Pa./Easton Area) took 102
nd in a course-record 28:59.60 and freshman
Haby Goloko (Baltimore, Md./Digital Harbor) took 108
th in 29:12.35 to round out the team's top five.

Anna Summers (Shamokin, Pa./Shamokin Area) took sixth on the team with a course-record 29:29.70 and senior
Rachel Salmon (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) rounded out the team's scoring seven with a time of 29:46.45. Junior
Abigail O'Connor (Mt. Holly Springs, Pa./Homeschooled) was the other course-record setter, smashing her previous best at DeSales by seven minutes, posting a time of 31:00.71.

On the men's side, the team placed 12
th in a field of 17 teams, led by a 73
rd-place finish in a field of 164 runners from junior
Jacob Miller (Cooperstown, N.Y./Cooperstown Central).

Miller notched a course-record time of 30:13.11 to pace the team, while sophomore
Sean Hastings (Levittown, Pa./Neshaminy) took 101
st in 31:59.28 and freshman
Nick Pisani (New Egypt, N.J./New Egypt) took 108
th in 32:31.90. Sophomore
Dan Yoder (Montoursville, Pa./Homeschooled) took 120
th in a course-record 33:39.08 and freshman
Andrew Dion (Tiverton, R.I./Tiverton) finished 124
th in 33:50.39 to wrap up the team's scoring five.

James Vilardo (Hopatcong, N.J./Hopatcong) took sixth on the team in 33:56.16 and sophomore
Bryant Dietrick (Muncy, Pa./Muncy Area) took seventh in 34:01.71. Senior
James Krizan (Montoursville, Pa./Homeschooled) finished in a career-best 34:40.15.

The Warriors get back on the course on Friday evening, Oct. 23, when they head to the LVC Last Chance Run Fast Invitational at 4:30 p.m. at Union Canal Tunnel Park.
