Team ReportsDALLAS, Pa. – Despite rainy and cool conditions on Saturday, Sept. 13, the Lycoming College cross country teams raced at the Cougar Classic hosted by Misericordia University, with freshman
James Hamm (Turbotville, Pa./Warrior Run) and junior
Lindsay Decker (Shapleigh, Maine/Massabesic) each posting top 25 finishes to lead the teams.

The men's and women's teams both finished in fourth place in a five-team field.

Hamm, in just his second collegiate race finished in the top 25 for the second time, as he took 23
rd in a 60-runner field with a time of 29:57.66 to lead the men's squad. Sophomore
Jacob Miller (Cooperstown, N.Y./Cooperstown Central) finished second for the team, taking 28
th overall in 30:47.96, bettering his time at the course from freshman year by nearly 45 seconds.

Sean Hastings (Levittown, Pa./Neshaminy) finished 33
rd in 31:17.95, freshman
Joseph Ingrum (Lodi, Calif./Lodi) took 34
th in 31:34.44, sophomore
Josh Cram (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) took 43
rd in 34:22.19, just four seconds off his career-best time. Sophomore
John Woodburn (Fredericksburg, Va./Riverbend) finished in 34:33.93 and sophomore
Dan Yoder (Montoursville, Pa./Home-schooled) finished in 34:34.95 to round out the team's top seven.

Decker led the Warriors with a 24
th-place finish in a 75-runner field on the women's side, as she notched a time of 27:01.11, nearly two minutes better than her time on the course in 2013. Sophomore
Sarah Donovan (Bergen, N.Y./Byron-Bergen) was just behind Decker, finished 27
th in 27:22.88.

Senior
Kelsey Rawson (Waldorf, Md./North Point) finished third on the team and 41
st overall, as she notched a time of 28:57.32. Freshman
Lindsay Smith (Easton, Pa./Easton Area) finished 44
th in 29:04.78 and sophomore
Victoria Wilson (Ringwood, N.J./Lakeland) took 48
th in 29:25.86. Rounding out the top seven, junior
Anna Summers (Shamokin, Pa./Shamokin Area) finished in 30:00.87 and junior
Rachel Salmon (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) was right behind her in 30:10.12.

After a week off, the Warriors will head to the Messiah College Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 27. The women will race at 10:30 a.m. before the men race at 11:15 a.m.
