WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The Lycoming College women's soccer team fell to ninth-ranked Messiah College, 9-0, in a Commonwealth Conference game on a brisk, Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 23, at the Shangraw Athletic Complex.

The Falcons (13-2-1 overall, 6-0 Commonwealth) were led by two goals from Trisha Tshudy and a goal and two assists from Missy Biener. Both Macauley Soto and Nikki Elsaesser had a goal and assist.

Caitlin Dougherty (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone) notched five saves in the first 53 minutes for the Warriors (1-14 overall, 0-6 Commonwealth). Sophomore
Megan Maurer (Hummelstown, Pa./Central Dauphin East) stopped four shots and allowed two goals in the final 37 minutes.
