Williamsport Country Club

The Williamsport Country Club is the premier private country club in the North Central / Lycoming County region. Established in 1909, The Williamsport Country club has a rich heritage of golfing history that is solidly anchored by the A.W. Tillinghast course design. The legendary architect of many iconic and classic courses indelibly left his mark in Williamsport when he designed the first nine holes in 1909. Tilinghast returned in 1923 to complete this 18-hole classic that features rolling fairways, false front greens and deep, high walled bunkers, all Tillinghast trademarks. The greens are deceptive and tricky with hole changing pin placements that can put a premium on shotmaking and ball placement. (On some holes you just don’t want to be above the pin).
