In his first season, the Warriors finished 2015 with a remarkable school-record 18-2-2 record, a school-record 20-game unbeaten streak and national rankings of 12 (d3soccer.com) and 10 (NSCAA), advancing to the Division III sectionals for the first time in program history. McNiff was a team captain on that 2013 team, as the three-year letterwinner was one of the squad’s starting defenders. He started a school-record 23 games during the season and finished second on the team with five goals, including a game-winning overtime header in the first round of the Commonwealth Conference Tournament against Lebanon Valley. He finished fourth in the league as a senior with four game-winning scores.

The Marietta, Pa., native developed into a starter his junior year, starting seven games after appearing in just three games a sophomore. A one-time member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll, McNiff earned a bachelor of arts in business administration from Lycoming College in 2014.

After graduating, McNiff served as a specification writer apprentice with Allegion PLC in Wilmington, Del., before moving back to Williamsport to join the Lycoming staff.
