With two great performances to lead the Lycoming men's lacrosse team through a pair of games, sophomore Ben Franco has earned his first career Warrior of the Week award. He posted 10 saves and allowed just four goals in three quarters of a 14-6 win over Keuka, then he followed that with 25 saves in a 12-11 setback with Drew, the fourth-most saves in program history and the most in a game for a Warrior since 2019 and the second-most in the MAC Freedom this year.
Franco also became the seventh Warrior to reach 300 career saves during the week and finished the week sixth in program history with 317 career saves. Franco is fourth in the league in goals against average (11.56), third in saves per game (14.33) and third in save percentage (.589).
