After averaging 7.40 digs during a three-match week for the Warriors, first-year Ali Koval has earned her first career Warrior of the Week award. The rookie libero became the Warriors' first player to post 40 digs in a match since 2010 in a 3-1 win over Hood. She is the first Warrior in the MAC Freedom to do so in a four-set match this year. She posted 15 digs against DeSales and 19 against Elizabethtown. Koval entered the weekend leading all first-year players and is eighth nationally with 5.88 digs per set and finished it averaging 6.15.
