Earning her third straight First Team All-MAC Commonwealth honor, McGinniss set the NCAA's All-Divisions record for draw controls in a season with 239. One of the conference's most dynamic midfielders, McGinniss led the league in goals (80) for the third straight year, picked up 50 ground balls, third-most in the conference, and caused 25 turnovers, 10th in the league. McGinniss had five or more goals in 10 games, including a career-high nine against Arcadia. She won double-digit draw controls in every game but one and she set the single-game record of 21 against Susquehanna. As a senior, McGinniss notched 19 draw controls twice and 17 three times as well. One of three players in Division III history to win 600 draw controls in her career, McGinniss led the league in the category four times and she is the school's program-record holder with 623. She leaves Lycoming with her name painted across the record book, ranking first in points (319), goals (284), game-winning goals (11) and free-position goals (78). She also holds the single-season record for draw controls (239) and goals (80), both set in 2019. She also appeared in the IWLCA North-South All-Star game.

The business administration major is the sixth women's lacrosse player to earn the award and the first since Jordan Lazarich '18 in 2017.
