Junior Emily Abel enjoyed a record-setting week to earn Warrior of the Week honors, as she averaged 7.4 digs per set over the course of six matches en route to setting the school's career record for digs. She passed Jackie Moore's mark of 1,551 digs set from 1997-2000 during the match against St. Mary's (Md.) and went on to add 51 more digs to finish the week with 1,602 in her career. Abel earned all-tournament honors at the Montclair State Classic, as she averaged 7.6 digs per set over the four matches at the tournament.
