By tying the school's career touchdown record, senior Craig Needhammer has kicked off his final campaign with his third Warrior of the Week award. Needhammer finished with 23 carries for 111 yards and three touchdowns in the Warriors' season-opening 42-13 win over Susquehanna. He topped 100 yards for the third time in his career and scored on runs of one, one and two yards. He tied the school record for career rushing touchdowns of 29 set by Tim Deasey from 1998-01 with his final score with 12:10 left in the fourth quarter and he also became the fourth running back in school history to cross 2,500 career rushing yards in the contest.
