After a game in which the Warriors ran the ball 53 times and ground up 35:36 in possession time, senior Parker Showers earned his first career Warrior of the Week award for his performance in the football team's 29-14 win over previously unbeaten Albright. Showers ran the ball 15 times for a team-high 70 yards and he added a fourth-quarter touchdown to clinch the win over the Lions. He also ran for six first downs and posted four runs of better than 10 yards in the game. The running back finished with 105 all-purpose yards, as he also notched seven receiving and 28 kick return yards, surpassing 100 all-purpose yards for the third time this season.
