Junior Charlie Vess had a monster opening week for the men's soccer team, posting nine points on four goals and an assist in three games, to earn his first career Warrior of the Week honors. Vess earned Kick-Off Classic All-Tournament Team honors after scoring all three goals for the Warriors in the tournament on Saturday and Sunday. He notched a goal and an assist in season-opening win over Penn State-York, which finished 2010 ranked 17th in the USCAA  and added both Lycoming goals in the 2-1 win over NYU-Poly. He also scored the lone goal against Mount Union. The midfielder has already doubled (2) his previous career goals total this season.
