WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The Lycoming College women's tennis team fell to Alfred University, 7-0, in the team's season-opening dual match on Wednesday, Sept. 10, at Brandon Park.

First-year Kyleigh Snyder (West Milton, Pa./Milton Area) posted a 6-2 second set win over Alyssa Seegert at No. 3 singles, but fell 7-5 in the deciding set.

Alfred improved to 3-1 and Lycoming fell to 0-1.

The Warriors get back on the court on Friday, Sept. 12, when they host Penn College at 4 p.m. at Brandon Park.
